These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through pelvaro.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Order Placement

When you place an order on pelvaro.com, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products at the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

2. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price you are charged is the price displayed at the time of your completed checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and provide the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Taxes

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where PELVARO has nexus, as required by applicable US sales tax law. The applicable tax rate is determined by the shipping destination and is calculated and displayed at checkout. Tax-exempt customers must contact us at support@pelvaro.com before placing an order and provide valid exemption documentation.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. PELVARO does not store full card numbers.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will receive an email notification and will need to re-place the order with a valid payment method.

5. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, weights, and features. Slight variations in color may occur between product images and the actual item due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Natural materials such as walnut wood, bamboo, and genuine leather will exhibit natural variation in grain, color, and texture — this is a characteristic of premium natural materials, not a defect.

Product dimensions listed on the Site are approximate. If precise dimensions are required, please contact us before purchasing.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from PELVARO pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, PELVARO's liability is limited to assisting with carrier claims and, where appropriate, providing replacements.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details. In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on eligible items. Free return shipping is provided for all domestic US returns.

8. Warranty

PELVARO products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@pelvaro.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

9. Limitation of Liability

PELVARO's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms set forth in our Terms of Service.
