At PELVARO, we stand behind every product we make. If something is not right, we will make it right — no complicated processes, no fine print.
Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition — unused, undamaged, and showing no signs of wear
- In the original packaging, including all accessories, components, and documentation
- Purchased directly from PELVARO (pelvaro.com)
We do not charge restocking fees on any return. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@pelvaro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 1 business day.
- Receive your prepaid return label — we will email you a prepaid USPS or UPS return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Pack and ship — securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any compatible carrier location within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will issue your refund.
Return shipping is free for all US domestic returns. We provide a prepaid return label for every eligible return at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Once processed, please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear:
- Credit / Debit card: 3 – 10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Shop Pay / PayPal: 1 – 5 business days
- Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund within the timeframe above, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us — card issuers sometimes take additional processing time on their end.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or would like to exchange for a different product, please contact support@pelvaro.com with your order number. We process exchanges at no additional charge for items of equal or lesser value. For exchanges to higher-value items, you will be charged only the price difference.
To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the original purchase simultaneously.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pelvaro.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the outer packaging if damaged in transit
We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases. This is our obligation, not a favor.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Items that have been used, assembled, or show visible signs of wear (unless defective)
- Items with missing original packaging, components, or documentation
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid international return labels. Once we receive and inspect your international return, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable on international orders.
Please mark your return package as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration to avoid additional customs charges. PELVARO is not responsible for duties or customs fees incurred on return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment queue. To cancel, contact support@pelvaro.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process once the item is received.
Cancellations that are approved before shipment receive a full refund within 1 – 3 business days.
