This Shipping Policy describes the shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates for orders placed at PELVARO (pelvaro.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US Postal Service-accessible addresses.

Standard shipping is free on every US order — no minimum purchase required. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $74.99 for customers who need guaranteed next-business-day or second-business-day delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or placed on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, and a separate shipment confirmation email — including your tracking number — once your order has been dispatched.

During promotional events, high-volume periods, and major US holidays, processing may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is subject to any delay beyond our standard timeline.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated delivery windows are:

  • Standard (Free): 3 – 5 business days from ship date
  • Express ($74.99): 1 – 2 business days from ship date

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery windows. PELVARO is not responsible for carrier delays resulting from weather, volume surges, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@pelvaro.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Your shipment confirmation email contains a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your PELVARO account or by contacting our customer support team with your order number.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

PELVARO ships internationally to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions, using real-time rates from our carrier partners.

Rates for all available services are displayed at checkout for your specific destination. We recommend selecting DHL Express or FedEx International Connect Plus for reliable tracking and faster delivery. USPS First Class Package International is the most economical option but provides limited tracking once the package crosses the US border.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charge collected by PELVARO.

PELVARO is not able to predict, control, or be held responsible for these charges. If you are uncertain about applicable import duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us as undeliverable due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information, we will refund the product cost only. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.

International Delivery Estimates

International transit times are estimates provided by carriers and can vary significantly due to customs clearance, local postal infrastructure, and seasonal volume. PELVARO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If your international order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages and Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. PELVARO is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address information
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient
  • Failure to claim a package from a local post office or carrier facility
  • Packages returned as "undeliverable" by the carrier

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (at your cost) or issue a refund for the product cost only, minus the original shipping charge. If you provided an incorrect address and the package cannot be recovered, PELVARO will not be liable for the loss of the shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the damaged contents immediately upon receipt and email the photos to support@pelvaro.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate a carrier claim and send a replacement at no additional charge.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members who may have accepted the delivery.
  2. Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered up to one day early.
  3. Contact your local carrier facility directly using the tracking number.
  4. If unresolved after 48 hours, contact PELVARO at support@pelvaro.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

PELVARO will not be held responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch times. Order changes and cancellations can only be accommodated if the request is made within 1 hour of order placement and before the order has entered the fulfillment queue. To request a change or cancellation, contact support@pelvaro.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item under our standard Return Policy once it is received.
