Email Marketing Subscriptions

PELVARO offers an optional email newsletter and promotional communications to customers and visitors who opt in. Subscribing to our email list is entirely voluntary. By subscribing, you agree to receive the types of communications described below.

What We Send

New product announcements: First access to new launches and collection additions
Promotional offers: Exclusive discounts, sale events, and limited-time offers
Workspace tips and content: Curated articles, desk setup guides, and productivity content from The PELVARO Journal
Brand news: Company updates, sustainability initiatives, and important announcements

Transactional Emails

Separate from marketing communications, we send transactional emails related to orders, shipping, and account activity. These emails are sent regardless of your marketing subscription status because they contain essential information about your purchase. Transactional email types include: order confirmation, shipment notification with tracking, delivery confirmation, return processing confirmation, and refund confirmation.

How to Subscribe

You may subscribe to our email list by:

Entering your email address in the newsletter signup form on our Site
Checking the "Subscribe to marketing emails" option during checkout
Contacting us directly at support@pelvaro.com and requesting to be added

How to Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by:

Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
Emailing support@pelvaro.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line
Managing your communication preferences in your PELVARO account settings

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days. You may continue to receive transactional emails related to any outstanding orders after unsubscribing from marketing communications.

Email Frequency

We aim to send marketing emails at a frequency that is informative without being intrusive — typically no more than 2 to 4 times per month. We respect your inbox.

SMS Communications

PELVARO does not currently offer SMS or text message marketing. If this changes in the future, separate consent will be collected before any SMS communications are sent.

Your Privacy
